this is my daily exercise.
no matter how many times i *climb these stairs a day (lol *i originally wrote "clumb"... then i originally wrote "origibally"). man i can't think right now...
aaaand i lost my train of thought... dammit carl
anyways point being stairs suck! and there's 75 i have to go up daily. and they make me tired! and i don't think there's ever been a time i made it to the top without losing my breath!
